Sally Frasier, a longtime Tulsa library commissioner, community volunteer and Democratic Party activist, passed away on August 21, 2022. Sally Frasier worked on the Urban Libraries Council Executive Board, on which she served from 1990-99, served as an American Library Association task force and served as a delegate to the Governor’s Conference on Libraries and Information Services.
